'The Big Picture' is a new seminar series at University of Greenwich Business School.

The series aims to uncover effective approaches to economic adversity focusing on steps that can have a beneficial impact upon effectiveness, profitability and growth.

In the first seminar on Wednesday March 24th (commencing 17:15) Prof. Colin Coulson-Thomas will give an an overview of his investigation into critical success factors for key corporate activities and practical ways of helping average performers to adopt the superior approaches of superstars and excel at difficult and stressful jobs.   He will show how it is possible to increase performance, speed up responses, cut costs and reduce risks during tough economic times.

Future speakers in this series will include journalist John Kay of the Financial Times, economist Charles Goodhart CBE, economist and Alistair Mant, a specialist on leadership development and executive talent search.
