Our Community Study Tour at the end of August took delegates from the Forth Valley and Lomond area of Scotland to Sweden.  

Over three intensive days - including travel to the far northern Norrbotten region - they studied the astonishing successes flowing from far-sighted investment in high-quality local digital access networks.
