The 2013 edition of the Next Generation Digital Challenge awards will be supported by Go ON UK.
'Our simple but ambitious aim', says Go ON UK, 'is to make the UK the most digitally capable nation in the world’.
By sponsoring one of the categories in this year’s Digital Challenge awards, Go ON UK is turning the spotlight on the issues of skills and expertise.
Go ON UK CEO, Graham Walker said, “Improving digital skills across the board will have huge social and economic benefits to the UK. We want to inspire and support individuals and organisations to share their skills with others. These changes will transform all of our lives, and make a tangible, long-term difference to society.
The ‘Open Call’ for nominations for the Next Generation Digital Challenge awards programme extends to April 30th. All nominated contenders will then be surveyed and a short-list of finalists will be announced in June.
An independent judging panel will assess the case studies from each of the finalists. Winners will be announced and trophies presented at the NextGen Conference dinner on 14th October in London.
Go ON UK is a category sponsor. Additional sponsorship and media opportunities are still available.
